Project Information
South Eastern Regional College (SERC) is one of the largest educations and training providers in Northern Ireland. This new state of the art facility in a signature building at SERC in Bangor, Co. Down is representative of SERC’s status as ‘Centre of Excellence’ in both performing arts and technology innovations. The building also addresses the shortfall that existed in student services.
This project included integration of state-of-the-art building and teaching technology including performance standard lighting and sound installation, photovoltaic panels, biomass heat sources, rainwater harvesting, both wire and wireless teaching capability and fibre links between campus facilities.
