Project Information
The significant Greenmount Campus in Muckamore County Antrim, which delivers education and training in agriculture, horticulture and the environment, will be sustainably designed and redeveloped to provide robust, space efficient, sustainable and flexible buildings. A planning application was submitted in May 2024.
The 15,000m2 highly sustainable campus will deliver three buildings: A 200-bed student accommodation unit with residents’ leisure and social spaces, a teaching building with a range of educational facilities and a central hub encompassing offices, reception, dining hall and conference centre. Planning approval was granted in October 2024.
